Shipping policy

Free tracked delivery on every order, worldwide.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We email your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch

Destination	Estimated delivery
United Kingdom	3 to 5 working days
Europe	5 to 14 working days
Rest of the world	9 to 12 working days

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods or because of courier or customs delays.

Customs duties and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, we pay all customs duties and import taxes. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Delivery problems

If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or it arrives damaged, email us at contact@thesourcesociety.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
